Conserving the character of our buildings and landscape.

Removing modern materials (Cement, Gypsum) from traditional solid walled buildings is key to ensure walls are able to "breathe". This wall had over 40mm of cement in places and needed months to dry out. It has had a 3 coat Lime plaster applied and finished with a clay based paint.

Venetian Style feature wall. Lime is a versatile material and can be used to create many beautiful finishes. 

Vernacular, Natural and Eco buildings. Cob / Clom, Strawbale, Hempcrete, Passivhaus, Wattle & Daub, Wood fibre board, Wood Wool board and clay boards. We have plaster solutions for all types of substrates. 

Modern Clay finishes can be applied in a variety of textures and colours on a variety of substrates.

Both are considered waste products by the industries that these materials come from and both produced within a 30mile radius of each other. Combined they make a beautiful plaster. Sustainability is at the heart of our work and we are always striving to find creative, localised solutions.
